Recently, the Department of Education of Liaoning Province issued the Announcement of the List of the Members of the Innovation and Academic Exchange Centers for Graduate Students in Liaoning Province in 2018 (Liao Edu. [2018] No. 209). The Innovation and Academic Exchange Center for Electrical and Information Engineering Graduate Students in Liaoning Province which was applied for by Shenyang University of Technology was included in the list. Shenyang University of Technology successfully obtained the approval by the Department of Education of Liaoning Province after the process of the application of the university, the evaluation of the experts and public announcement.
