On October 23^rd, our universityheld a meetingin the conference room on the 5^thfloor in the Administration Building on central campus. ZHAO Jianhua, vice Minister of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, SUN Hualin, Member of the Provincial Party Leadership Group, vice Minister of Liaoning Provincial Education Department, LIU Zhongcai, Director of the 5^thCadre Section of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee Organization Department attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Zhao delivered a speech and announced the decision of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee on appointing GUO Lianjun, the president of Shenyang University of Technology.

The meeting was hosted by LIU Zhikang, Secretary of the School Party Committee. All the members of the School Leadership Group and middle-level cadres participated in the meeting.
