On June 23, the Scientific and Technological Innovation Development Forum and the signing ceremony were held at Shen-Fu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone. Chen Lvping, vice governor of Shen-Fu Demonstration Zone, and presidents of universities in Northeast China attended the signing ceremony. President Guo Lianjun and vice president Wang Shijie were invited to attend the forum. At the forum, Guo Lianjun made a keynote speech and Wang Shijie, on behalf of the University, signed a cooperation agreement with the representative of Shen-Fu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone on jointly building the Shen-Fu Sub Park of the National University Science and Technology Park of Shenyang University of Technology.
