Recently, the University’s overall implementation scheme for incentive pilot of scientific and technological achievements transformation ([2020] No.12) was simultaneously approved by the Department of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province, the Organization Department of Liaoning Provincial Council, the Organization Committee Office of Liaoning Provincial Council, Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, Liaoning Provincial Department of Finance and Liaoning Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. This marks that the University has become one of the first five incentive pilot units of scientific and technological achievements transformation in Liaoning Province. On the other hand, it also provides policy guarantee for the University to promote its scientific and technological achievements transformation, to serve local development and to accelerate the “double first-class” construction.
