From October 16 to 18, 2020, the 8th Liaoning Provincial University Counselors’Quality and Ability Competition jointly held by Education Working Committee of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Education Department of Liaoning Province drew to a close at Dalian Maritime University. Chen Rui, counselor of Shenyang University of Technology (SUT), participated in the competition and won both the Best Performance Award and the third prize for individual skills. SUT won the Award for Excellence.

30 out of 87 university counselors who participated in the competition got through to the finals. Among them, Chen Rui showed her personal charm as well as SUT’s strength via her excellent professional quality, profound knowledge and rich work experience presented in the competition.
