The 14thfive-year plan of SUT put forward a goal to make SUT a mart university via the high-level, full-covered, and high-speed construction. In accordance with this goal, on April 28, SUT Library held a seminar on smart service of libraries of colleges and universities in Shenyang and officially launched the construction of SUT Smart Library. At present,SUT Library has launched the Intelligent Data Analysis System, the cultural corridor, the Intelligent Guidance System, the all-in-one machine for Party building and studying, the self-service touch screen book borrowing and returning machine, the self-service touch screen query machine, the Facial Recognition System, the Seat Reservation System, the self-service printer, and the book sterilizer machine. Apart from these, smart spaces, innovation spaces, study spaces, and smart music spaces are under construction to make our library and the University “smarter”.
