On the afternoon of December 27^th, Guo Zhongxiao, Secretary of the Tiexi District Committee, led a delegation to visit Shenyang University of Technology. A conference was hold by both parties in the conference room on the fifth floor of the Administrative Building at the central campus, aiming to discuss the chances of the University-Enterprise-Research cooperation. The conference was presided over by Jia Yuming, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shenyang University of Technology.
