On the evening of April 30^th, the final of the 25^th CUBAL China University Basketball Association League (Northern Division) kicked off. SUT Men’s Basketball Team defeated Xi’an Petroleum University Men’s Basketball Team by a score of 63 to 55 to win the championship. This win makes the SUT Men’s Basketball Team advance to the national finals that will be held in Yuxi of Yunnan province in mid-May as the champion of the Northern Division with a total of 7 wins. After the game, Jia Yuming, Secretary of the Party Committee of the University came to see the players of the SUT team and congratulated them on their big win. He highly praised their excellent performance, unity, tenacious spirit, and bravery, hoping that they can achieve another amazing result in the upcoming national finals in mid-May.
