On the morning of July 7^th, a signing ceremony was held at Shenyang University of Technology. Yang Xinyu, Member of the Standing Committee of Tiexi District, Director of the Propaganda Department of Tiexi District, and Leader of the Coordination Group for Legal Compliance of Law Construction Committee of Tiexi District, Sun Chengjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tiexi District and Director of the Judicial Bureau of Tiexi District, Zhao Jing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the University, and deans of the School of Humanities and Law attended the signing ceremony. Zhao Jing welcomed the delegation of the Tiexi District Committee and gave them a brief introduction about the University and the School of Humanities and Law, while Sun Chengjun also briefly introduced the judicial administration work in Tiexi District. At the ceremony, both parties had in-depth exchanges on topics relating to theory and practice, research, and practice base construction and so on. Then, Wang Rui, Dean of the School of Humanities and Law, and Sun Chengjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tiexi District and Director of the Judicial Bureau of Tiexi District, respectively representing the two parties, signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
