On April 28th, Masato Kurabayashi, President of Nishi International University in Japan, and his assistant, Gong Wei, visited SUT. JIA Yuming, secretary of the Party Committee, met with the guests in Conference Room 116 at the administrative building. JIA Yuming expressed warm welcome to Masato Kurabayashi and his delegation, and introduced the development of SUT in recent years to the guests, including the achievements reached in discipline construction, specialty construction, and internationalization of education and so on. Masato Kurabayashi briefly introduced Nishi International University, pertaining to its basic situation, disciplinary characteristics, and specialty advantages. After the meeting, Masato Kurabayashi met with the teachers and students of the School of Foreign Studies, where he made a detailed introduction to their programs.
