The 6th Annual Conference of the Sino-Russian Engineering University Alliance (ASRTU) was held in Moscow from May 26th to 29th. The delegation of SUT led by Vice President Xia Mingchao attended the conference as a member of the Alliance. This marks an important breakthrough of the university in international cooperation.
During the conference, Vice President Xia shared SUT’s experience in international cooperation with other members of the Alliance. A cooperation intention was reached between SUT and the Russian State University of Petroleum and Natural Gas on promoting mutual visits and scientific research cooperation between teachers and students.
The Sino Russian Engineering University Alliance was established in 2011 and currently has over 70 member universities. Becoming a member of the Alliance helps SUT deepen the cooperation in engineering education between China and Russia, share high-quality resources with each other, and foster mutual development.
