The meeting on the establishment of Liaoning University-Enterprise Instrumentation Alliance was held on November 29, 2019, in the conference room on the fifth floor of the Administrative Building. Yang Yanjin, director of Degree Management and Graduate Education Office of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, and Wang Shijie, vice president of our university, attended the meeting and delivered their speeches. Yang Yanjin, on behalf of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, announced the establishment of Liaoning University-Enterprise Instrumentation Alliance. Wang Xibo, secretary general of the Alliance, introduced the overall development planning of the Alliance in the coming three years to the attendees through two reports, namely: final report on the Alliance’s work in 2019 and development report on the Alliance’s 2020-2022 strategic plan.
