The 4thmeeting of Liaoning Association of Electrical Technology was held on November 23 in the conference room on the fifth floor of the Administrative Building. Li Yingmin, deputy chairman of the University Council, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. At the meeting, the attendees heard the work report and the financial report of the Third Council of Liaoning Association of Electrical Technology and discussed the related contents about the reports. Meanwhile, the Constitution of Liaoning Association of Electrical Technology was approved and new members of the Council and Board of supervisors were elected at the meeting.
