Recently, American Science Presssent the Letter of Appointment to Professor Wu Xiang of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shenyang University of Technology.According to the Letter, Professor Wu was appointedas associate editor of the Journal of Nanoelectronics and Optoelectronics for a term of three years. As a well-known interdisciplinary academic journal included in SCI, this journal mainly publishes the latest experimental and theoretical research achievements in nanoelectronics and optoelectronics materials and devices, organic and inorganic semiconductor electrical and optical properties, superlattice, quantum structure, integrated circuit, micro nano manufacturing and processing, information processing and optical communication. This is the second time that Professor Wu has been appointed as deputy editor in chief of SCI journals since 2019.
