In memory of the 111th birthday of General Geng Biao, a proletarian,militarist and diplomat of China,the establishment ceremony of the ‘One Belt and One Road’Geng Biao Scholarship of Shenyang University of Technology was held on August 26 at Beijing Kun Tai Royal Hotel.This is China's first‘one belt and one road’scholarship named after anational leader. It aims to serve the ‘one belt and one road’initiativeand the‘Rejuvenation of Northeast China’.It also aims to link China with countries along the belt and road through educational,cultural,economic and trade exchanges to train international talents who understand and love China. LiuZikang, Secretary of the University Council, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.
