On the morning of September 4,2020, the signing ceremony of the water-saving project between Changzhou Changgong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenyang University of Technology was held in conference room 429 at the Administrative building of our university. President Guo Lianjun attended the ceremony and delivered a  speech. Fan Xiaofeng, deputy director of Water Resources Department of Liaoning Province, Sun Bo, director of Shenyang Water Affairs Bureau, and Li Xinhong, chairman of Changzhou Changgong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.,were also present at the ceremony. Vice President Li Sanxi presided over the ceremony.At the ceremony, Song Dan, general manager of logistics group of our university, and Mr. Li Xinhong signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both Parties, respectively.
