On September 16th, Shenyang University of Technology held a conference of cadre appointment and dismissal in the conference room on the fifth floor of the Administrative Building at the central campus. Sun Hongwei, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Liaoning Provincial Civil Service Bureau, announced the decision of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee concerning the cadre appointment and dismissal of Shenyang University of Technology.
Th decision of the Party Committee of Liaoning province is as follows:
Zhang Ke is appointed Member of the Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary and President of Shenyang University of Technology (one-year probation); Chen Weiguo is appointed Member of the Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenyang University of Technology; Ke Li is appointed Member of the Party Committee, Member of the Standing Committee, and Vice President of Shenyang University of Technology (one-year probation); Guo Lianjun is relieved from his post as Deputy Secretary, Member of the Standing Committee, and President of the Party Committee of Shenyang University of Technology; Yuan Xiaoguang, He Youchun, and Wang Shijie are relieved from their posts as Member of the Standing Committee and Vice President of the Party Committee of Shenyang University of Technology; Li Sanxi is relived from his post as Vice President of Shenyang University of Technology.
The conference was presided over by Liu Zikang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the University. Li Qingcai, the first level inspector of the Department of Education of Liaoning Province, attended the conference.
