On September 14th, the 2023 International Conference on the Industry-University-Research Cooperation (Shenyang) was held at Northeastern University. At the conference, SUT signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Lipetsk State Technical University in Russia. Both parties have the same preponderant specialties, such as materials science, mechanical engineering, automation, and new energy. Besides, both parties have already reached some achievements in international scientific research and the enterprise-university cooperation. As mentioned in the agreement, President Lilia Zageeva with his delegation and the delegation of SUT reached a preliminary consensus on interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration, joint education program, short-term summer exchange program and so on.
