LI Yuan graduated from master's degree in 1988, then studied international trade major in university of international business and economics in Beijing. Meanwhile, became a teacher of International Economy and Business in Shenyang University of Technology. one year scholar in 2003 at University of Toronto in Canada and received a PhD in the philosophy of science and technology from Northeastern University in 2006. The main research directions: international direct investment and international service trade; the sustainable development of technology and economy. There are more than 30 scientific research projects Finished at national, provincial level etc, and more than 50 academic papers and 3 publications. Born in 1971, she is a professor, director of International Economics and Trade Department, a doctor and a visiting scholar of Moscow State University in Russia. She has obtained the title of honor for many times including the outstanding young teachers of colleges and universities in liaoning, seleted as one candidates in Liaoning millions of Talents Project. The director of World Economics Association in china,the standing director of World Economic Association in liaoning, the consultant of China and Russia Cooperation Association in liaoning. She lectures on International Economics, World Market, Development Economics, etc.She had presided over a number of projects, such as the project of the Ministry of Education and had published dozens of papers,three monographs and one translation. Qiu Ailian is a master's tutor at the Shenyang University of Technology.
In 2002, she became a teacher with school of economics of SUT and engaged in teaching and academic research from that time. From 2010 to 2015, she majored in international trade in Liaoning University and received a Ph. D. in economics. Her main research field is international service trade and industrial economy. She has hosted many projects from the Liaoning Social Science Fund, the Liaoning Provincial Education Department and the Liaoning Social Science Association,etc. Dr Qiu has already published over 20 papers of which 5 papers were retrieved by CSSCI, and 3 by Chinese core papers. She lectures on International Economics (Bilingual), International Trade, International Trade Theory and Practice and International Business Law for undergraduate students and offers International Trade courses for postgraduates.
5. Associate professor Zhang Nan
Zhang Nan, female, assistant professor who graduated from Liaoning University getting P.H.D in 2011.In 2013, I was selected in the 4th Youth Teacher Plan of Shenyang University of Technology. Recently I mainly researched for the trade in services and republished about more the 10 papers, including 3 papers in Modern Japanese Economics, International Trade Problem, International Financial Research separately cited by CSSCI and two books. I have 2 programs financial supported by province funds and 5 programs supported by general funds. I was also as a group member in other programs such as 2 Government funds. I got many prizes in these years such as 3rd Prize of Liaoning Government Prize in 2012, 2nd prize for Liaoning Science Associate in 2013, 3rd prize for Liaoning Science Associate in 2015, and 3rd prize for Liaoning Science Associate in 2016. The courses I taught include International E-Commerce, International Trade in Services, World Market Analysis.
6. Associate professor Meng xiangming
Associate professor Meng xiangming is a master supervisor, whose research directions are in international business and e-commerce fields. Recently he lectured on international marketing, international e-commerce, international trade practices, international business law and other courses. In the meantime, he has published more than twenty academic papers in journals, and compiled international commercial law, international trade practice, international finance, fundamentals of college computer for teaching materials as well. Presiding over a number of projects, he won the third prize of Liaoning Province Science & Technology Award and the second prize of Shenyang City Science & Technology Progress Award. During instructing students to participate in the innovation activities such as Challenge Cup, he got the honor of outstanding teacher in Liaoning province college students' business contest.

8. Associate professor Dejun LI
Dejun LI
Born in August 1966, he teaches as Associate Professor, Postgraduate Tutor in the Department of International Economics and Trade, School of Economics.
His research area is mainly involved in the theories and practices of international trade. He has given lectures to Chinese and overseas students on more than 20 undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses, including such undergraduate courses as International Trade Practice, International Cargo Transportation, International Trade Geography, and China's Foreign Trade Law as well as such postgraduate courses as International Trade Practices and Rules and A Study of Topics on Foreign Trade.
He has participated in 6 scientific research projects at different levels, and published 22 papers in domestic and overseas publications, including 7 of them which are published in the core journals.
9. Professor Wang Yaguang

11. Associate professor Li Xingmin
Li Xingmin，graduated from Northeast Normal University's foreign language school.Associate professor of ShenYang University of Technology，supervisor for post graduates.A member of the professor committee. 12. Associate professor Ren Xinhui
Ren Xinhui is an associate professor of English. Her professional interests include linguistics, language and culture, cross-cultural communication, as well as international trade. Her professional preparations include BA from Henan University of Science and Technology, MA from Jilin University and Ed D from Benedictine University in the United States.
Dr. Ren began her career at School of Foreign Languages, Shenyang University of Technology in 1989. She then in 2005 moved to School of International Education, where she was the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs. She worked on the curriculum for the 2+2 collaborative program with Australia’s Griffith University.
So far she has published two treatises on linguistics and cross-cultural communication, three translated works, and several papers on academic journals. One wordbook and one dictionary were under her editorship. She led two provincial-level research projects and two college-level teaching reform projects. In addition, she worked with others on four provincial-level research projects.
She takes on the teaching tasks of Advanced English and Introduction to Linguistics for English majors. She also teaches English for Graduates and Oral English for undergraduates and young faculty members.
13. Associate professor Zhang Yu
Zhang Yu (1973-), associate professor, received her Bachelor’s degree in 1996 and her Master‘s degree in 2005 in English language and literature from Dalian University of Foreign Languages; she studied as a visiting scholar at Western Oregon University in 2012; she undertook a linguistic research project funded by Liao Ning Provincial Social Science Foundation and two teaching research projects granted by Liao Ning Higher Education Association, and participated in several other projects at either provincial levels or university levels. She has completed, as editor in chief, publishing 2 coursebooks , and has published more than 10 papers in research areas of English language teaching and discourse studies. She mainly teaches courses of Academic English Writing, English for International Academic Communication, Audio-Visual Listening at graduate level .
14. Associate professor Yuan Hui
Yuan Hui, male, associate professor, excellent teacher in teaching. The research direction is the international trade theory and policy, researching and innovating framework of comparative advantage theory making use of probability theory and stochastic process, finding out the comparative advantage“boundary”and theβ-k paradox of macroeconomic policy, putting forward the transfer of factor endowment and trade surface, working out the universal formula of international trade with comparative advantage and economies of scale, constructing a new consumer equilibrium model by surplus income and so on. He teaches lectures on finance, management, economics and econometrics and so on. As the first author, he writes 16 papers, including 4 CSSCI papers, participates in writing 20 papers, including 3 CSSCI papers, which are published in the authoritative journals, for example,“economic theory and economic management”,“international economic and trade exploration”and“statistics and decision”and so on. 15. Associate professor Xu Xiaojun

1. Professor Gao Lifeng
Dr. Gao Lifeng, female, professor, graduated from School of Management, Dalian University of Technology. Since 2002 when she became a master advisor, Lifeng has cultured nearly 50 master students of finance, most of whom are now playing important roles in the forefront of financial industry, including all major commercial banks, city businesses, securities companies and assets management companies. Other graduates are serving in government departments and institutions of higher education. Leading her students, Dr. Gao focuses working in the fields of Finance, Corporate Finance, Circular Economy, Econometrics, International Finance, Monetary Banking and Project Management, etc. The production of Prof. Gao reaches nearly one hundred published papers of various types and 2 monographs. Besides a number of awards of humanities and social sciences honored by provincial government, Mrs. Gao is also stepping into community for business services, and winning a solid reputation from corporate peers.
2. Professor Song Yonghui
Professor, master tutor, dean. Current liaoning education department economics teaching steering committee member. He has served as the deputy director of the social hall of liaoning province and the judge of teaching and teaching. In 2008, I took a short-term training course at the Japanese university.

Cai Dongdong, female, Economics Doctor，associate professor, graduated from School of Economics of Liaoning University in 2007. Professor Cai was funded by Shenyang talent resources development special fund project in 2010 and was selected in 2011 Program for Liaoning Excellent Talents in University.
The main research areas include Public financial theory and practice, Industrial development and the industrial policy, Game theory and information economy.
