On the evening of January 17, 2020, the opening ceremony of the 2ndevent of high-quality Liaoning Dialoguewas held in Shenyang. This event was jointly hosted by Liaoning Provincial Government and the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka. Three teachers, Fuzhen, Liang Guowei and Xu Yonglan, who are from the Japanese Department of the School of Foreign Studies of our university, were the interpreters of the event. Their professional interpretation greatly helped smooth the communication between the Chinese and Japanese attendees. The 2ndevent of high-quality Liaoning Dialogue further promoted the cultural and economic exchange between Liaoning Province and Japan, deepened the practical cooperation between the two and contributed to the continuous improvement and development of China-Japan relations.
