On September 8th, Shenyang University of Technology held the 2023 Undergrade Opening Ceremony and the Freshman Military Training Achievements Show at the Sports Stadium at the central campus. Huang Zhongwen, Deputy Director of the War Preparedness Construction Bureau of Liaoning Military Region, the university leaders, the school deans and the students attended the ceremony and watched the show. The ceremony and the show were going well in a warm, festive, and energetic atmosphere. At the ceremony, the freshman representatives accepted the flag presented by the leaders, listened to the speakers, and delivered reports on their military achievements. The University leaders congratulated the 2023 freshmen on their excellent performance in military training and affirming the significance of the military training for shaping their strong willpower and cultivating their excellent working style. Zhang Ke, President of the University, delivered a speech and inspired the freshmen to be visionary, responsible, assiduous, and patriotic. In addition, the alumni representatives, the teacher representatives, and the student representatives also made their speeches at the ceremony. Both the ceremony and the show fully displayed the vitality and charm of the students of SUT.
