2.Liu Zhenyu

Liu Zhenyu, professor and doctoral supervisor, is a director of the Liaoning Institute of Communications. His research direction is robot navigation and visual servo technology, which is of great significance for realizing robot intelligence and endowing robots with precise perception and action capabilities. He has achieved numerous results in the fields of robot control and signal and information processing. The projects he presided over, such as "Industrial Robot System Based on Visual Servo", have won the Science and Technology Progress Awards of Liaoning Province and Shenyang City for many times. In recent years, he has presided over and participated in more than 30 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, Liaoning Natural Science Foundation, and Liaoning Science and Technology Innovation Team. He has published 3 monographs and more than 60 high-level papers.
3. Yizhong XIN

Yizhong XIN,male, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, distinguished member of the China Computer Federation, executive member of the Human-Computer Interaction Professional Committee of the China Computer Federation, visiting researcher at Microsoft Research Asia, editorial board member of the Journal of Shenyang University of Technology, director of the Overseas Chinese Doctoral Association in Japan and chairperson of the Shenyang branch, first prize winner of the teaching competition at Shenyang University of Technology, young academic backbone teacher at Shenyang University of Technology, and excellent teaching teacher at Shenyang University of Technology.
Since June 1997, he has been engaged in teaching and researching at Shenyang University of Technology. From September 2005 to September 2006, he served as a visiting scholar at the University of Aalen in Germany. From April 2007 to March 2010, he studied at Kochi Institute of Technology, Japan, and obtained a Ph.D. in Engineering. Research Direction
Intelligent vision: Obtaining images of objective things through visual means, extracting information from them, mining their features or meanings, in order to reveal objective phenomena, achieve targeted detection or purposeful recognition. Specifically, it includes: object detection, object tracking, image segmentation, human activity recognition, identity recognition, facial expression recognition, image clarity and dehazing, super-resolution reconstruction, image retrieval, product defect detection, autonomous driving, and drone video and image processing and recognition. The research methods and knowledge points involve pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, deep learning, breadth learning, GAN, CNN, Transformer, etc. Doctoral and master's students are recruited in this direction.
Intelligent interaction: Simplifying the interaction process, improving the interaction experience, and meeting diverse interaction needs by proposing innovative interaction concepts, designing novel interaction technologies, and exploring intelligent interaction devices, in order to accurately, conveniently, easily, and enjoyably complete interaction tasks. Specifically, it includes: innovative interface design, immersive interaction, 3D interaction, metaverse interaction, wearable interaction, virtual reality, etc. The research methods and knowledge points involve psychology, sociology, interface design, natural language understanding, style transfer, digital twins, blockchain, artificial intelligence, deep learning, and multimodal integration. Master's students are recruited in this direction.

5. He Luyao

He Luyao,born in May 1994, she is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Ph.D., and serves as an associate professor and master's supervisor. Recognized as a leading talent in Shenyang, she is a senior member of the China Instrument and Control Society and a member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.
Her research focuses on advanced online detection and machine vision technologies. In the past five years, she has led one National Natural Science Foundation Youth Program and participated in 10 provincial/ministerial-level research projects and industry collaborations. She has published over 30 academic papers (including 9 SCI/EI-indexed publications) and holds more than 30 invention patents.
Her notable achievements include:

6. Li Shaoli

Dr. [Shaoli Li] is an associate professor and master's degree supervisor at Shenyang University of Technology (SUT). She was also a postdoctoral researcher at SUT and a visiting scholar at Nagoya University in Japan. In 2020, she was selected for the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) Excellence in Young Chinese and Foreign Exchange Program. Dr. [Shaoli Li] is currently a full - time faculty member in the Instrument Science and Technology major at SUT. Her research interests focus on machine vision, digital image processing, and pattern recognition.

8. Zhang Chong

Zhang Chong, PhD, Associate Professor, and Master's Supervisor. He obtained his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology from the School of Electronic Information, Northwestern Polytechnical University, with his doctoral degree conferred in 2016. From 2010 to 2011, he was sponsored by the Chinese government to visit and exchange at the Surrey Satellite Center, University of Surrey, UK. Between 2017 and 2022, he was employed at the Shenyang Aircraft Design and Research Institute of Aviation Industry Corporation of China. Since August 2022, he has been engaged in teaching and research at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shenyang University of Technology. He has authored over ten research papers related to his research, which have been published in IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation and Chinese Journal of Radio Science, as well as presented at relevant domestic and international academic conferences. His current primary research areas include satellite Internet ground terminal antennas, 3D-printed reflect/transmit-array antennas, and radar target echo enhancers. 10. Zhang Jia

Zhang Jia, female, PhD, associate professor, master's supervisor, mainly engaged in research on electromagnetic ultrasonic testing technology theory and application, piezoelectric ultrasonic testing technology theory and application, and non-destructive testing technology. In recent years, she has led one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, two projects funded by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology, two projects funded by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, and one project funded by the Liaoning Provincial Graduate Education Reform. She participated as the main contributor in one national key project, two scientific research projects of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, and five scientific research projects of enterprises such as PetroChina and China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. Yan-Qing Hong received his BS degree in electronic information engineering at Xi'an University of Technology, Xi'an, China, in 2005, his MS degree in electrical and electronic engineering at Coventry University, Coventry, United Kingdom, in 2015, and his PhD degree in electrical and electronic engineering at Yonsei University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 2020. He is a research and development engineer at Samsung Electronics Computer (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. He is currently an associate professor with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shenyang University of Technology. She is mainly engaged in research on in-line inspection technology and related theories for long-distance oil and gas pipelines, and electromagnetic testing related technologies. She has presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation of China for Young Scholars, 1 sub-project of the National Key Research and Development Program, 1 general project of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, 1 project of Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology, 1 open fund of the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education of Dalian University of Technology, and 1 "Xiangyuan Scholar Youth Project" of Shenyang University of Technology. She has also presided over and participated in nearly 30 horizontal projects with enterprises. Dr. Guijun specializes in cutting-edge research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, big data, and industrial systems. His work focuses on addressing critical needs in energy, manufacturing, and related sectors—including system modeling, intelligent control, parameter identification and prediction, digital twin development, anomaly detection and fault diagnosis, as well as optimization and decision support. He also leads the development of next-generation edge-cloud integrated intelligent systems tailored to engineering applications, with research outcomes widely deployed in nuclear power, new energy, petroleum, and other key industries.

14. Xia Feng

Xia Feng, female, born in December 1992, is an associate professor and a master's supervisor. She obtained her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Measurement, Control Technology and Instrumentation from Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao in 2015, and her Doctor of Engineering degree in Detection Technology and Automation Equipment from Northeastern University in 2020.
Her main research focuses on new optical fiber sensing technologies and their applications in the following fields: gas detection (including the detection of exhaled biomarkers related to human health, industrial waste gas detection, hydrogen detection, etc.); marine parameter monitoring (including the monitoring of temperature, salinity, depth and other parameters); high-precision physical parameter measurement (including high-precision temperature measurement and high-precision magnetic field measurement for medical and industrial scenarios); wearable optical fiber devices for monitoring parameters related to human health status; flexible optical fiber devices for human-computer interaction; and distributed optical fiber sensing technology for structural health monitoring in energy, industrial and other fields.
She has presided over a number of vertical projects, such as projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Joint Program of Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Innovation Talent Cultivation Project of Liaoning Province, the General Program of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, and the Youth Program of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education. 15. Huang Ping

Ping Huang is an Associate Professor, Doctor of Engineering, and Master's Degree Supervisor affiliated with multiple professional organizations: Senior Engineer of the China Instrumentation Society; Member of the Electromagnetic Specialized Committee (NDT Branch, China Mechanical Engineering Society); Member of the Wire Rope Specialized Committee (China Heavy Machinery Engineering Society); Member of the Intelligent Sensors and Detection Technology Specialized Committee (China Automation Society); Committee Member for the ROBOCON Competition of the 24th National University Robotics Competition; and Member of the Advanced Medical-Industrial Fusion Technology Specialized Committee (Liaoning Society of Cell Biology). He holds the designation of Shenyang 'Top Talent'. His research focuses on electromagnetic nondestructive testing, precision measurement and control technology, and embedded system applications.
From 2023 to 2025, Professor Huang secured principal investigator roles for nine research projects, including one National Natural Science Youth Fund project, one National Key R&D Program sub-project, one Major Project under Liaoning Province's 'Jiebang Guashuai' Science and Technology Program, one Faceted Funding Project from the Liaoning Natural Science Fund Joint Fund, and one Faceted Funding Project from the Liaoning Education Department Basic Research Program. As a primary participant, he contributed to projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Central Guided Local Funds, and Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Foundation.
