l Negotiable salary package for outstanding PhD graduates.
l Young Ph.D graduates from ‘A+ disciplines’ with strong research achievements may be directly appointed as Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor (negotiable). Young postdoctoral researchers leading national-level projects may be directly appointed as associate professors or doctoral supervisors; other young PhD holders may receive relocation allowances and research start-up funds based on their academic achievements.
l Ph.D candidates with relatively weaker achievements may first join the Postdoctoral Research Station in Management Science and Engineering, enjoying the same benefits as faculty during their tenure. They may participate in professional evaluations and will be prioritized for faculty positions upon meeting exit requirements.
