Characterized by complex surface numerical control manufacturing technology, the Doctorate Program in Numerical Control and Precision Manufacturing focuses on fundamental theoretical research conducted in areas such as digital collaborative design and manufacturing, ultra-precision manufacturing, precision measurement, error compensation and accuracy control, as well as intelligent numerical control systems and manufacturing.
(2) Laser Additive Manufacturing
With advanced laser processing technology as the core, the Doctorate Program in Laser Additive Manufacturing focuses on the mechanisms and formation quality control theories of laser cleaning, laser shock peening, water-guided laser processing, laser additive manufacturing, and laser cladding remanufacturing.
(3) Mechanical Transmission Design and Control
Focusing on the design of mechanical system transmissions, the Doctorate Program in Mechanical Transmission Design and Control encompasses design theories and control technologies such as mechanical system dynamics, reliability design and evaluation, tribology and surface engineering, intelligent control of vehicles, bionic design, and optimization design.
(4) Vibration/Shock/Noise and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance
With the goal of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of complex electromechanical equipment, the Doctorate Program in Vibration/Shock/Noise and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance focuses on theoretical research and technological development conducted in various fields such as vibration and noise detection and control, vibration utilization and control engineering, fault diagnosis, operation maintenance and life prediction, impact protection, and damage assessment.
(5) Intelligent Manufacturing and Systems Engineering
With artificial intelligence theory and technology as the key, the Doctorate Program in Intelligent Manufacturing and Systems Engineering deeply integrates manufacturing and information technology. In particular, it focuses on research on theories such as intelligent interconnection, green manufacturing, big data analysis, intelligent bionic, intelligent manufacturing systems, and machine vision.
