1. Position and Qualifications
Full-time Faculty Member (Professional Technical Position) at the School of Architecture and Civil Engineering, primarily engaged in the discipline construction, teaching, and research of civil engineering, civil and hydraulic engineering, building environment and energy applications, intelligent construction, architecture, and mechanics.
The candidate must meet both of the following basic conditions:
(1) Hold a doctoral degree and meet the basic requirements for faculty positions at our university.
(2) Fulfill all the following conditions regarding major, physical, and psychological qualifications:
① Hold bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering, architecture, building environment and energy applications, mechanics, automation, electronic information, or related fields;
② Possess the professional or technical qualifications required for the position and meet the physical conditions necessary for the role;
③ Satisfy the mental health assessment requirements for university employment.
2. Compensation and Benefits
(1) For doctoral graduates under the age of 35 from domestic or international universities or research institutes, a 100,000 RMB housing subsidy and 100,000 RMB research startup fund will be provided. Young doctors with high-quality research achievements, outstanding performance, or degrees from prestigious universities may be eligible for higher-level housing subsidies and research startup funds upon evaluation by the university’s academic committee.
(2) For higher-level talents or those who have achieved higher results, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the university, they can enjoy higher-level treatment in terms of professional title evaluation and housing subsidies.
(3) Eligibility for Shenyang’s talent introduction policies, including living allowances, housing subsidies, and other benefits.
